We place high demands on the professionality of our pedagogical staff. Our small team consists of permanent employees with a completed degree that meets all the requirements of the Childcare Act. We also work with trainees who are following the training course for pedagogical assistant, and we have people working on a voluntary basis within our day care center. Both interns and volunteers are always supernumaries, they are not counted in the child-pedagogical caregiver ratio.
We work according to the four-eyes principle, which means that between 9.00 and 16.30 there shall be at least two licensed caregivers and one intern / volunteer in attendance.
All teaching staff have a “certificate of good conduct” (VOG) and a number of them are in possession of a valid ‘First Aid for Children’ diploma.
